I would like to know the specific species of passionflower and if it is the species that can be used to make tea. I’m experimenting with my own combination of teas and homemade remedies, and I would like to certain of its efficacy. Thank you!!

I’m not an expert on the Passiflora genus, but yours looks similar to either ‘Lavender Lady’ or ‘Amethyst’ both are hybrids. Link below have more on information. Best wishes! http://www.paghat.com/passifloralavenderlady.html
