This plant appeared recently. Tap root. Never seen it before. I’m in USA zone 10.

This seedling is still too young to tell, probably something in the Fabaceae family; e.g. Robinia, Acacia, Cassia etc…. As the plant grows perhaps one of the genera is a match. If you still don’t know by then, make new post with side view of the plant main trunk and closeup of its leaves . Best wishes!
