Notes:
My daughter just bought a home last fall and this plant is in a sunny location in the front. We are trying to figure out what it is and how best to care for it. At this time it is a little needy, but has produced this bloom.

Clematis. It likes it’s head in the sun and it’s feet in the shade, or full sun and try to shade the roots with some mulch or other small plants. It’s a vine so be prepared for it to grow up if possible.
