I cant read what kind of vine this is on the tag but can read written in “Tacoma Stars” it definitely looks like and acts like a Trumpet vine but flowers not as big and hardy looking and they don’t last more than a day or 2?

Looks like a plain ole Trumpet creeper to me. An advertisement I found from Classy Groundcovers mentions the variety Campsis radicans, AKA Trumpet Creeper, Trumpet Vine, Cow Itch Vine, Tecoma/Bignonia radicans.
