A cousin has this growing in her yard and nobody knows what it is. Looks like a wild mint.

Maybe a species of beggarticks (Bidens). If this is Bidens, I can’t tell which one this is. Some of species grow in Ontario include B. frondosa, B. tripartia, etc… Check out the genus and see if you have a match. The link below is for bearded beggarticks/bur marigold (Biden aristosa).
