Notes:
I know this looks a lot like cannabis. the leaves are different though although the flowering bud not only resembles that of a cannabis plant but also has a very simalar distinctive scent. the leaves itself in image resemble that of a corriander/flatleaf paresley though. i know there are various species and subspecies of a cannabis variety such as hops and im pretty convinced this plant falls into that catagory. specific identification fails me enough to throw it open to those that might help.
