We have a 3-branch/trunck volunteer about12 feet tall now, very fast growing with these 3lobed leaves about the size of your hand. Thought it might be a white mulberry. Any thoughts?

Please resubmit and show us the whole plant & its side view. It’s hard to tell with only a single leaf; also, there are few plants have leaves with similar shape. For now check out two genera from these included links. Best wishes! Link for three-lobed violet (Viola palmata palmata) https://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/woodland/plants/lobe3_violet.htm
