We have lived at this house for 10 years and never have seen this plant/weed. And, it grew real fast!

Looks like a very healthy wild lettuce. Pull a leaf off and look for milky white sap. Leaf looks most similar to prickly lettuce. https://plants.usda.gov/java/largeImage?imageID=lase_002_avp.tif
