Notes:

Can you please identify this weed? I live in zip 30213, Fairburn, Ga. I have Bermuda lawn and this weed is all over the yard. Also, how can I get rid of it? What products should be used and when. thanks for your help. BTW, the guy who cuts the lawn says its Po Annua.

Your Lawn guy is correct. This is Poa Annua, often called blue grass. The good thing is that it will die on its own as soon as the hotter months of the year come. I am based just north of Atlanta and in my area it dies around June or July. It can be prevented with the application of fall pre-emergent (in September & October) as long as you are not planning to seed your lawn any time in the next 12 months. With a moderately healthy Bermuda lawn, you should be okay to apply these pre-emergents.
