Notes:
Small white flower w/ yellow centers. Jagged leaves. Height is about 6-8″. Started blooming early June. Has spread over consecutive years. Roots are relatively shapplow.

Maybe a type of Anemone. I’m guessing only, this is either Canadian anemone (Anemone canadensis) or snowdrop anemone (Anemone sylvestris). Check out both and see if you a match.
