Palm Seed – Germinating

Q: I recently purchased some palm seeds. In the directions that arrived with the seeds were some pretty convoluted directions on how to disinfect the seeds, which I’ve never heard of doing, and the directions were in the metric system. Do you have an easy method to do this?
