Notes:
Stinks during bloom in spring time, worse than Pear tree’s. Also every couple of years will bloom for lack of a better term again in the fall. Bloom goes away almost like a pear tree boom. Leaves little white remanence of bloom all overground. The bark on the tree for the most part is smooth and almost like a magnolia tree. Been trying to figure out what this tree/shrub is approximately 35 feet high by 25 feet wide. Any help would be great

If its flowerheads look like those in this photo http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-photinia-serratifolia-7766.htm it’s a Photinia just starting to show some new growth.
