    It’s hard to tell without flowers & fruits since leaves of some wild grape (Vitis) and the porcelain-berry (Ampelopsis glandulosa) vine leaves are similar looking. Although I’m leaning toward species of wild grapes, flowers & fruits are needed for a confirmed ID. According to sources, grape’s pith is brown and porcelain-berry is white.
