Plants – Getting More Information

Q: Is there a website with a listing of flowers, trees, herbs, etc. with descriptions, growing habits and planting tips?

A: There are several I use. The first is the University of Georgia horticulture website. The fact sheets on flowers, trees and shrubs you’ll find there cover most plants you’d want to grow in Georgia.

For wider reference I use Botany.com and Floridata. Both have extensive lists of plants from around the world with information about their care.
