Oleander – Hardy in Georgia
Q: While traveling to Alabama I saw some Oleander trees for sale at Walmart, the label said they are hardy to 20 degree Fahrenheit. If this is true can they be planted here in Conley Ga?
A: A brief dip to 20 degrees probably wouldn’t hurt them, but more than a couple of hours will kill them back to the roots.
