Notes:

I know these are blackeyed susans. What i would like to know is what is killing them. Once vigorous, now they are dwindling fast.

    This looks like a disease problem and with the wet weather Metro Atlanta has experienced this year I would say that is a pretty good guess. Septoria leaf spot is one of the more common ailments of BES and their family.
