I really need help determining what flower this is for a Biology assignment. I found this not too far from the water near the Fresno Slough, by the Mendota Wildlife Area in Central California. Any idea what it could be?

Maybe a species in the Tamrix genus (salt cedar). According to source the four invasive species have identified in CA are T. ramosissima, T. chinensis, T. gallica, and T. parviflora.
