Notes:
This plant is growing next door and is getting more evasive every year. It grows in the cracks of our sidewalk and nothing seems to be able to kill it. Any idea as to what is the name of the plant and what to use to kill this plant?

looks like japanese knotweed to me. Ive got a bunch of it also. It is beneficial to the health when properly used
