Can you show us the open flowers? These images are blurry and it’s also hard to see the flowers buds clearly. For now check out another plant with prickly leaves & hollow stems, the prickly sow-thistle (Sonchus asper). Flowers would help quickly for ID. Don’t believe it is a wild lettuce plant, never seen one like this one, This plant has stickers like thistles, with hollow stem and purple on the outside of the stem
