Notes:
I have had this plant in a pot for years, so it’s quite stunted I think, and would like to plant it out. I’m sure I was told it was a tree by the person who gave it to me and would like to find out how large it will grow and where I should plant it. I’m in Australia, but don’t think it’s a native. I have never seen it flower or produce anything else, but leaves. Thank you in advance.

The trunk and stems are not clear to be certain. But these leaves looks similar to a type tropical plants in the Polycias genus. I’m guessing only, this might be geranium-aralia aka roseleaf aralia (Polycias guilfoylei) or one of its cultivars i.e. P. guilfoylei cv. ‘Quinquefolia’.
