Notes:
Is this a pink variety of a Bradford pear, a flowering crabapple, or something else? I included a photo of the whole tree (about 20 feet tall) and a close-up of the blossoms.

It might be a crab apple, or possibly a flowering cherry… Blooms also resemble peach, but due to the location… probably not anything good…
