Notes:
This is growing in a raised garden along with buttersweet nightshade. I thought for a while when it was young to be blackberry or boysenberry but its not vining and the stalks are big. Can anyone help with identification? If its nothing we are getting rid of it along with the nightshade. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

It’ hard to tell with out flowers to help narrow down. I suggest you should let it bloom. and give us and update with flower’s photo. For now check out the primocane images of blackberry’s primocanes, click on images to enlarge. Best wishes! https://fff.hort.purdue.edu/article/tipping-blackberry-and-black-raspberry-primocanes/
