Notes:
This plant is currently only about 6 inches tall and something that’s never been in our yard before. I have seen poison ivy vines on a property across the street. The leaves on this plant grow left, then right (not immediately opposite each other) and are not particularly shiny. I see no fuzz or fur on either the stem or the leaves. No berries on the plant.

Regarding the vines across the street: poison ivy has a LOT of variability in its appearance.

Yup, you have got poison ivy. The birds eat the berries and then poop out the seeds. Happy Times! Round up works well. plants are still potent even after death. Handle with care
