    This seems to be Acacia. It has many species. Or as said above Robinia.

    It looks like something in the bean family (Fabaceae). So sorry, I can’t go further with out the flowers. For now, I’m wondering if this could be one of the hybrid of the false acacia Robinia pseudoacacia? Check out these varieties in the group. Perhaps you could give us and update when it blooms with photos of flowers, also closeup of the trunk & stems. Best wishes!
