Notes:

Green/light green leafy plant. Please help identify, advise how to irradicate w/o killing all vegetation? Vine like, taken over my yard again. At least 30-40 feet wide, 3-4 feet deep. Have cut completely down several years in a row (including this spring) it keeps coming back. Grows extremely fast, becomes like a canopy over everything from my privacy hedges to my laundry pole. Attaches itself with a curly spring looking stem that is browish red. Branches bend easily but are hard to break.

    Definitely not kudzu. There are a number of vines that are somewhat closely related to grapes of which it might be one.
