Notes:

I think these plants that are growing behind my fence and starting to grow underneath the fence is poison ivy..but I’m not sure. If it is poison ivy, how can I get rid of it so it never returns.

    Agreeing with Jim “none are poison ivy”. It’s hard to see the stems clearly in the 2nd picture. If they have no prickles, these might be goutweed/ground elder (Aegopodium podagaria)(?). Flowers are needed to confirm this suggested ID. If this is gout weed check out the included link for eradication method. Click on images to enlarge.     In the 3rd picture, the flowering plant surely could be garlic mustard, as Walter says. The 1st one looks like blackberry brambles to me. Not sure what is in the middle one.
