Notes:
I have 2 bushes growing in my garden,which i have not set. The plants just grow about 4ft,no flowers,just pods.. No sure what to do.

Thankyou for your help,would never have found out. The photographs in the link show that the leaves etc,are same as I have.Do not know how I got them,but have decided to get rid.Thanka again.

I saw only part of one plant. It looks like a type of Euphorbia genus. Link below have various images of some of the species. According to sources, plants in the Euphorbia genus contain poisonous, milky sap.
