Notes:
Browning showed up after second zero degree temperatures in Ellijay, Georgia. Pruned out a little botcanker last summer. Trying to determine if this is botcanker or cold damage on multiple trees. Not every tree is effected.

I burned a huge leaf pile too close to my cypress{40′}. Bottom 10′ scorched bad. Do I prune the damaged limbs or leave em alone??

In the West Georgia area I am seeing similar damage to Leylands in groups that have also bot-canker symptons. We were probably a few degrees warmer than Ellijay but I suspect that the cold did additional damage to plants that were already weakened by bot.
