The seedheads details are a bit blurry to be certain. I’m guessing maybe a species in the spikesedges ( Kyllinga)? Possible the green kyllinga (K. brevifolia)? On the side note, since this is growing in the Mondo grass. In my humble opinion hand digging out the kyllinga is another option.
