Notes:
This shrub or tree started growing from what I thought was just dead stem. It measures 2 feet tall with 10-13 leaves on each stems. Seems to be fast growing, as the foliage has developed over just a couple weeks. The leaf shape is aristate with a serrate margin and pinnate venation and pinnation stem arrangement.

Pecan tree? Previous gardener has cut the poor thing back… repeatedly. I’d dig it and replant in the middle of the yard… Be careful, Pecan trees have a taproot.
