Do I want it? You need something but this looks like Japanese Honeysuckle. It is invasive and will darn sure cover that hill and probably beyond as well. It may be coming from some nearby patch but it can be seeded by birds as well. http://plants.usda.gov/java/largeImage?imageID=loja_008_ahp.tif
