Notes:
This weed is appearing throughout our sunny, mulched beds and along the stone walkway through our garden. Can you please identify it and tell me how to get rid of it? It is very prolific – appearing everywhere all at once.

You have what is called prostrate spurge. One chemical that will kill it is 2-4-D. There are other herbicides that will kill it as well.
Left alone, one plant will give off enough seeds for all 50 states to have a bumper crop … that is almost true.
