It is not a Post Oak. Hard to tell beyond that, partially because of the fuzzy picture, partially for lack of a number of leaves. There’s lots of variability in oak leaves, and sometimes you run across hybrids,too. Regarding the fuzziness: Are those sharp little points at the end of the protrusions around the edge? If so, it is a member of the red (versus white) subgenus of oaks. If the points are rounded off, it could be in either.
