Notes:
Found several of these plants growing around my deck. Thought they were young walnut trees but there are more flower like them tree. The soil is moist were they grow and shady.

Looks like Bidens frondosa, Beggar’s Tick. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bidens_frondosa It is a valuable medicinal, a strong antibiotic.
