With all the rain we’ve had this Spring, the growth rate is out of control. I want to kill poisonous stuff as well as identify the prickly stick tree that sprouted and is abound. What is this stuff? Thanks!

First one looks like Virginia Creeper. Last one Devil’s Walking Stick. Middle picture is a jumble of a lot of different things, some of which I could only guess at from the limitations of the picture. Could be poison ivy on the ground to the right of the sapling.
