Details of leaves are not too clear to be certain. Also without its location (province, city & country) to help narrow down. I couldn’t tell for sure if this is a type of cypress (Cupressus) or salt cedar (Tamarisk). For now check out a cultivar of Arizona cypress from the included link below, the Carolina Sapphire Arizona Cypress (Cupressus arizonica var. glabra ÔCarolina SapphireÕ).
