Notes:
these photos are showing the unripe berries which will be quite black when ripened. i haven’t found any website that identifies this “tree” which is mostly growing on the ground, but not in bush fashion. the flowers are very tiny, bright pink, hollow orange center, 4 curly petals. we didn’t plant it. below you ask for region – I chose west coast, but we are more like Southwest US, which you don’t list. according to the USDA map we are Zone 9b-10a.
