Yes, with out a closeup of leaves and at this distance, I could only speculate and suggesting trees with similar look. One of tree that with contorting trunks is Persian ironwood (Parrotia persica, possible the ‘Pendula’ cultivar (?). The other perhaps cultivars in the Japanese maple, possible Acer palmatum vr. dissectum. Check out these included links for Japanese thread leaf maple & Persian ironwood. Again without closeup of leaves, flowers, trunk, etc… I’m only guessing. Maybe you could s take your photo to local garden centers and get further help there.
