Notes:
I would like to plant this but have no idea what it is or how big it gets! The stem has the divisions like bamboo, but where it has been cut looks similar to jade. The leaves are a smooth leathery feel. I took it to a nursery and no on knew what it was so any help would be great!

Thank you very much! It does look like the Modoc – I couldn’t find anything on it, so I really appreciate the info.

I can’t see the plant and its leaves to be certain. Maybe a type of succulents in the Kalanchoe group. This might be Kalanchoe carnea ‘Modoc’. According to the scant sources I found on the Internet, height: 1-4ft. width: 3-5ft . Its flowers are pink. You will know for more, when it blooms. If this is ‘Modoc’, you have a very nice plant. Best wishes!
