Notes:

The solid green leaves look like a hydrangea but the blooms are flat instead of rounded. Half of leaves are variegated. Some are totally white. It didn’t bloom for 12 years, but after moving to a more shady location last year, it has bloomed for the first time! Would love to know exactly what it is and how to keep it happy for years to come. Can it be propagated?
