2 acre deer plot. We burned off old plot 1st time ever in September 2016. We planted a deer “mix” late Sept and of course did not save the bags. Due to the 2016 drought, nothing grew until late November, early Dec. clover & chicory came up mixed with other species and plots looked great after the season ended. Early March this yellow flower took over the entire 2 acres. We’d like to salvage the clover by applying Poast however we’d love to know if this yellow is a weed or good browse for deer.
