I have used pre and post for over a year they will start to turn yellow but will always come back. What is this and how do I control it in my lawn

I have used weed killer on it and it turns yellow and never dies completely and comes back in a few weeks

Looks to be a species of ‘Japanese clover’. Weed-B-Gone always worked for me.
