Heart shaped leaves about 3 feet height purple flowers on top appears to be a tuberous type root

Looks like it could be Honesty (Lunaria rediviva [ http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/cat903.htm ]) but I’m not certain about that as it looks bit too heavily built, too chunky.
