Notes:
This fantastic vine has hairy pods out of which spring gorgeous intensely orange blossoms. The flowers are ~2-3 inches in diameter when fully opened. The vines intertwine with each other and have encompassed a 5′ high fence near my house in Oakland, CA. The photos here are of a small piece I brought home as did not have my camera with me.
