1- I wish I could see more of the plant, also it’s hard to tell with a wilted looking specimen. I’m guessing this could be a cultivar in the Cestrum genus(?). Check out the orange cestrum (C. aurantiacum) from the included link below. If this isn’t a match, please make new post with photos of the whole plant & opened flowers.
