I keep cutting it and it comes back. Leafs are about 8×10. Trunk is thin Woody and straight

I’m not exactly sure and only speculating here. This could be either a species of Catalpa or the empress tree (Paulownia tomentosa). I’m still guessing and leaning toward the Catalpa although I can’t tell which species this is. Check out the link below for further help.
