We purchased in March with tags that said dogwood. Didn’t bloom at Easter. Blooming now with this unusual bloom? Wondering if we want to keep them.

Looks like a species of North America dogwood (Cornus). Sorry,I can’t tell which one this is. Some of N. America species include roughleaf dogwood (C. drummondii), gray dogwood (C. racemosa) etc…Link below is for roughleaf dogwood. His is I’m fairly sure a cornus drummondii dogwood. I have one at the edge of my woods. When bigger it is absolutely beautiful. The bees love it.
