I bought this plant on the clearance rack at lowes last year, i thought it died. It is growing like crazy, but I didnt save the tag! What is this? Does it flower, and when?

Could be some kind of hop (Humulus lupulus).This maybe the Golden Hop Vine (Humulus lupulus ‘Aureus’), this cultivar blooms typically in July & August.

It does, but it isnt. Someone mentioned some type of wisteria.
