    Thank you Carl for this helpful information. I’m not an expert of this genus, and don’t know if this is a species or hybrid. As often with hybrids, it’s is difficult to tell their exact ID. You might want to try the experts from the North America Rock Garden Society. The discussion in the included link below is informative of Papaver lateritium. Also according to sources, ‘Olympia’ is one of the cultivar from Papaver orientale. Again appreciate the above information you posted.
