Middle photo- details are to blurry to tell. I’m taking a wild guess only, if it has woody trunk, maybe a type of magnolia? Please resubmit with close up of the leaf bud and the main trunk.
Bottom photo – I can’t see their details clearly and taking a guess here. Maybe the chamber bitter (Phyllanthus urinaria)? Check it out and see if you have a match. If this isn’t chamber bitter, please resubmit with closeup of the plant and flower if there are any. Click on images to enlarge.
